What's good about the Philippines is that it isn't only a source of excellent medical personnel, which has been there to help the global medical scene for a number of years now. The general feel of the nation also provides a therapeutic feel to those have just undergone a plastic surgery or a delicate operation.
Rest and relaxation should always come after a heavy medical procedure--and the Philippines is one of the best places wherein you can do that.
