To assist expats and tourist in all areas of healthcare and for cosmectic surgery,and denistry.To assist in finding and registering with a doctor.support nursing and counceling.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Living in a foreign country and having a health problem can be traumatising and difficult,also not knowing the procedures or language
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is our first website and it was launched last week.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It is a family run business and the web name is an anagram of our names
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
There doesn't seem to be any other healthcare services to help expats living in bulgaria
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
On going business hopefully expanding throughout Bulgaria to reach all expats,tourists and Bulgarians
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We had spent a lot of time researching, meeting with different specialists and designing a web site package to suit the demands from our clients
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Would open different day centres and surgery bases
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes as this would enable us to take on more staff.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The cost has been the amount of travelling and setting up meetings and employing translators while we were learning the langauge
What has been your biggest challenge?
Learning the Bulgarian language and health system

How has running your website differed from your expectations?
The whole experience has been a learning curve
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
1 week we intend the site to run indefinitly
